    @LadySmurph:  I’m in the same boat you are …same height and everything! I am currently teetering between 138 and 140. According to all the BMI charts we should be around 120-125. I would say a healthy weight for us would be more like 125-130(which is my goal).

     

    Hope this helpsLaughing,but regardless of the responses you get…you have to be at a weight that makes you feel healthy and happy. Remember Muscle weighs more than fat!

    I guess around 140. I’m 5’2″ and weigh 125 right now so that’s what I went off of. For your health, I don’t think you really have to lose all that much, but I would focus on getting in shape and certain milestones, like that you can run a mile without stopping or do 100 situps or 40 pushups, that kind of thing.  If you work on feeling better, then the weight will come off naturally

    i don’t think you necessarily need to lose “weight”. but for health, it never hurts to tone up. like caroheart posted, focus on milestones. i don’t know what your dress looks like, but i know lots of people like to focus on their arms before the big day. =)
