OMG! That is such a cute dress and you look so cute in it!!

I like the blue shoes idea for the something blue.  Are you going to go with retro looking shoes?

Your dress is beautiful! If you want blue shoes, you should get blus shoes. While these are not all blue, they are my favorite shoe with blue in them!

I think I’d choose something with a little glitz.

A few lower-budget options:

If you like to shop online, I think Amazon is running their 20th anniversary specials today or tomorrow.  It could save you some money if you like Badgley Mischka shoes.

littlebridein2016:  do it!!! You won’t regret it if you love them.  That’s the best thing about a short dress 😜

Mine are the same brand as the above poster recommended. They are low heels, probably 2.5 inches.

BeachBee1988:  Those are my wedding shoes! I’m wearing the Bagdley Mischka Giana in Navy Blue.  Believe me when I tell you, the picture doesn’t even do them justice!

OP: If you want to wear blue shoes, I say “go for it”. My mom said the same thing when I told her my shoes were blue. I guess it’s a generational thing.  In her era, the shoes were supposed to match the color of the dress.  IMO: I think blue shoes would look adorable with that dress!
