Call Ann Taylor online or their corporate offices. Explain what you need and why you need it and maybe they can help you search. Play the crazy bride card!

Good Luck

A friend of mine had a similar problem for her brother’s wedding.  Her Future Sister-In-Law chose J Crew dresses, but my friend is an 18 in women’s plus size, so there was no way a J Crew dress would fit her.

She and her mom went to a local bridal shop with an extensive selection and they were able to find a non-J Crew dress in an almost identical style and color that was available in plus sizes.

Oddly enough, this friend is also mentally challenged- she doesn’t seemed phased by needing to get a different dress and I doubt anyone (including her) will notice any difference.

If you 2 different colors that could be mathed, it should make it easier.

Good luck!  And you are wonderful to be so concerned with your junior BMs feelings!  I’m sure it will really make her feel special to be included in your wedding.

Wow, this sounds like an ordeal. IMO, a junior bridesmaid doesn’t have to match, just coordinate. So if you can’t find the exact same style, I’d get another style in espresso. "Leah" would be really cute.

Good luck!

My Aunt is a manager at Ann Taylor Loft. Give them a call, they will be more than happy to locate a store that has the dress and should be able to ship it to you at no charge! Make sure you have the tag with the name and style number. Good luck!

Definitely try calling a store — they can search their system and get you in touch with stores that may carry the style and size. And FYI, if you do call, for some reason not all the stores will necessarily come up on their system…I was on a hunt for a dress for my Maid/Matron of Honor after they sent her the wrong style and was filtered through different stores until I finally found one in the right size! But it’s definitely worth it and probably wayyyy cheaper than ebay b/c Averie is one of the styles they recently discontinued…my bridal party dresses were one of the ones that got cut and my Maid/Matron of Honor managed to get her dress for $40, original price $198. Good luck!!

Oops..I meant to say "I may have made a mistake…". Hope that the "buy it now" option from the ebay seller works for you!
