Does anyone have an idea for cute dresses that will look good on all sizes & shapes? I am looking for a dress that will not make the big busted girls look slutty, the larger girls to feel uncomfortable, and some back/shoulder tattoos to be covered. I feel like anything i see or find, is old looking, or too covered. any help??

@smashbride: Check dessy and even j. crew. You could also consider letting your bridesmaid wear the same color and fabric but they can choose a style (which you approve) that flatter their individual shapes/sizes.

@smashbride: We went with these from David’s Bridal and will be adding a cardigan for more coverage:

I should add that they were universally flattering on my 4 girls and 1 jr. Bridesmaid or Best Man, all shapes, sizes, and ages. We shopped this weekend and they all loved the dress. Not one ‘no’ vote.

We had my girls’ dresses made, but I have seen other dresses that are similar. As you can see my girls are different sizes. One even gave birth about 2 weeks before the wedding! I felt the dresses had a nice summery feel and suited all body types. You should look into having something made, that way each dress is sure to match each girl…if some want more coverage in the back or front this makes it possible.

I wanted my girls in the same thing. They ranged from a size 2 to size 20. I ended up with Impression 1668. It looks completely different in person than on the website. My jr bridesmaid (center) wore a different style dress in the same color/fabric. The 1668 was too mature for her.
