@WillyNilly:  Why do you need to write your vows? Why not just say something …(get ready for this gem) WILLY NILLY!?

I understand this. I kinda feel the same way. I’m very gushy with my fiance and we sweet talk each other everyday, but it’s gotta feel and sound different the day of your WEDDING! every word conveys so much more meaning. I say go with your gut and tell it how it is. And here’s some mushy gushy quotes that might help. You could steal one or a couple.

Even if he has heard it before; say it again!

That’s what I did! πŸ™‚

@Willy

He tried soooo hard not to cry!

He had a HUGE smile on his face but tears where streaming down his cheeks and he kept trying to wipe them away with the back of his hands.

I almost tear up myself right now just thinking about it!

I saw this on the bee and I think we are using it:

In the presence of God, I, _____________,

Take you, ____________, to be my wife/husband,

To be made complete by you.

My vow is to stand at your side as your wife/husband

Even as you and I and the world around us will change.

My place will always be with you.

I will give to you selflessly

All that I have: my love, my loyalty, my honor, my life,

Today and forever after.
