I bought my dress..YAY! But Im still debating if I want to keep the bust area straight or add a sweetheart bust! Im new to this whole alterations thing, but are seamstresses able to change the bust area? Im thinking yes. Also have you changed your original bust line on your dress, if so how did it turn out? So here is my dress with the straight line and the sweetheart bust I made on photoshop. Please let me know which looks better 🙂

I think it would look fine the way it is if it was too difficult to get altered, but I think you should look into it because the sweetheart photo is really nice. So yeah, I’m torn lol…

@artsybride10 Thank you so much 🙂 Yah same here, haha I don’t know what it adds, but it really completes the look I’m thinking!

I think it looks very pretty as is, but the sweetheart definitely adds a little something to it.

I’m definitely a sucker for the sweetheart! Your dress is gorgeous, btw!

I think it looks great both ways. I think sweethearts are great for smaller busts and straight across for large busts. You look very proportionate in your pics, so I think you could go either way. I think the straight across looks modern and sleek, but the sweetheart adds more curves and gives you a sexier look. I think it depends on the look you’re going for.

I love the sweet heart neckline!

I like the sweetheart better however the straight across looks great too. Depending on the cost, you should look into the sweetheart. I’m not sure what it takes to alter.

I think if you can change it to the sweetheart, go for it! If not, it still looks beautiful on you!
