Which one do you like better? If you think I should make changes to one of them to make it perfect, what are the changes?
First choice: that’s green fabric that matches the bridesmaid bouquets, wrapped with white stamens that match one of the flowers in the bridesmaid bouquets (theyre all fabric flowers)
Second one features a blue fabric tulip, with white beading detail that both also match flowers in the bridesmaid bouquets

I think having stamens in a non-floral bout is a little weird. I love the second one, though!

Oooh I see, that’s a flower not a ribbon, hence the stamens. I think the second one is still better, just because it’s visually simpler. The peacock feather already has so much going on that I think you should stick to simple!

I prefer the first one but I would also find some other accent.
The second one is unbalanced..
There are lots of peacock feather boutonnieres on google. Do any of these work for you?

could you show me what the second one would look like with two flowers going opisite directions.
my dad is an art teacher and so i’ve always grown up knowing a secret- and that is odd numbers
1 3 5 7 look better then even so 2 things can look a little off ( you have 4 main details in the 1st one 3 points on the balls and the feather- i don’t think the ribbon counts cause its the for-front.)
anyway I think the 2nd one is best looking but would look better with two flowers and the feather in the middle.
hopefully that makes sense!

@alishaloo: Sorry it’s an awful picture. I had to hold another tulip up to it; I didn’t attach it. Also, I didn’t have any blue tulips made, so ignore that it’s purple. What do you think of the two flowers? I think it looks a little crowded.

I like the second one better, but would prefer it with two tulips and possibly with the tulips a different color (more teal?).

@julies1949: I was trying to recreate this one but instead with a blue tulip instead of a calla lilly
Post # 10
@allegrovivo: In your inspiration pic the calla is much narrower and is in the same vertical line as the peacock feather.
The last pic with the two tulips looks bottom heavy.

I like the 2nd. Yes I agree with PP that it is unballanced but looking at them can you combine the 2? put the blue in front of the stamen?

second one looks the best. good job!
