And my neck, my back and my toes. I’ve been doing the knuckles, back and neck since high school. The toes are a new one ala 2012. But now the largest knuckle of my left thunb hurts. I am not sure if I sprained it or what I did to it, but I find myself still trying to pop it without even noticing that I am doing so. Until I feel the pain again. Anyone else a chronic joint popper?

Me. It’s terrible. Darling Husband hates the sound.
I started popping my knuckles to relieve fatigue in my fingers from piano playing.
I haven’t quit, even though I don’t play the piano that extensively anymore 🙁

I pop my toes and my knuckles all the time. It drives Mr. D absolutely nuts. I can’t help it, it’s a part of me now!

I have fibromyalgia, so my joints are really stiff and they can lock up. Popping my joints relieves that some. I pop my fingers, wrists, elbows, shoulders, back, neck, knees, ankles, and toes.
