I think it’s gorgeous, but I wouldn’t buy it without trying it on if I knew I couldn’t get a return unless I’d already consulted with a seamstress. Is there someone talented in your area you could schedule a meeting with? They could give you a sense of how risky this will be, and what alterations will be possible.
