That dress was made for you.  You are going to be a gorgeous bride in that dress! It’s fabulous.

And I TOTALLY understand what you mean.  I had the same experience when I found my dress.  It was everything I thought I didn’t want haha!!  But the ones I thought I wanted didn,t make me feel like a bride.  As soon as I slipped my dress on, I felt it.  And I could visualize myself getting married in my dress.

It really is crazy how we all go in envisioning something, and then whether we stick with that style or not, the dresses almost never look the way we imagined they would!!! Those bridal models don’t give a good representation of what the dress will actually look like, I feel.

It’s so pretty! Funny how a lot of us end up in the exact opposite of what we thought we wanted.

You look so beautiful and the dress is gorgeous!  I had the exact same experience as you did.  I was only trying on mermaid style dresses until I tried on my ballgown and I fell in LOVE!

I was the exact opposite! I wanted a poofy Cinderella ballgown, but they didn’t suit me at all! I felt like I was a little girl playing dress up. I didn’t like the mermaid/trumpet style at all, but the consultant made me try on one, and I fell in love! I felt like a bride!

Congrats, I’m so glad you found your dream dress! 🙂 It’s funny how things work out.
