I have such a hankering for a doughnut/donut this morning! Maybe because it is a holiday so I feel like eating something out of the norm for me. However, I know that if I eat sugar first thing in the morning I am going to get cranky and crash about 45 minutes after eating it (I need protein to get my day started off right).
Is anyone else craving something they usually don’t eat, but might just go for it since it’s a holiday?

I just overdosed on jelly beans. Now I don’t feel so good!
And I’m sleepy.
But it’s also 3:30 pm here so it’s that ‘day’s almost over can i go home now’ fatigue…

Not yet, but it’s still early here. I just swam my laps so I’m sure I’ll be hit with hunger fairly soon.

I had my coffee so far, and a few bites of the baked mac n cheese that didn’t fit in the casserole dish. lol…I’m hungry!

Had a crazy craving for potato chips yesterday. I normally don’t eat any junk food, but I couldn’t help but grab two bags at target yesterday.

i had my standard smoothie breakfast but its not doing it for me today. I want a croissant.

I crave bagels all the time! but I am allergic to gluten… so it is extra bad. Like month ago I craved and had not one but TWO! I was so so so sick. Totally not worth it.
But yes, I crave things all the time. Most of which would make me really sick.
