mrshmc1204:  Yikes – I wouldn’t recommend eating less calroies without thinking of healthy vs unhealthy calories.  Eating 1500 calories a day in McDonalds and cookies vs 1600 in lean proteins and veg will make a huge difference.

Watch the documentary Fed Up – it realy opened my eyes to be more aware of what I put in my body but I’m still one of theWORST at eating healthy…

I find meal prep does help but sometimes I’ll bring my prepped meals and snacks and still find myself halfway through a large pizza at lunch so I’m not much help. I agree with the bees who suggested making gradual changes! Also – perhaps adding an extra workout into the mix will up the results as you make small changes.

futuremrscrow:  I have been feeling this lately!  Maybe it is because you are actually happy with how you look 🙂

This is so me! I did 12 weeks of eating good, working out 4 times a week and I lost nearly 10 pounds. Then I fell off the wagon, I kept working out by my eating went to crap. I’m just trying to get back on track but it’s so hard.
