My guy and I have really ramped up the wedding talk lately and there are a few signs that he may well have bought my ring!
Basically, I saw his bank statement the other day and for some reason, there was way more money in it than normal. And then, when we were discussing household finances the other day he let slip that he had to pay his mum back £500 a month.
He’s definitely not planning any big purchases like a car in the near future and we’re going nuts saving for the wedding next year. I don’t know, when I see it written out in black and white it doesn’t look like strong evidence, but call it intuition! I just have a feeling that the ring is now in hiding!
Did you girls experience this “I know” feeling before your guys proposed? Please tell me your stories to take my mind off this or I’ll go nuts!!

I had no clue when he took me to look at rings, and I still had no clue when he proposed! I knew it would be within the next year, but it was sooner than I expected and he wasn’t acting weird at all. We don’t share a bank account, I guess then I would have known.

I know exactly how you feel LittleMusic i recently came across concert tickets and a hotel booking for July which my other half said he couldnt get of work..I have a feeling this is it to after 9 years together, the band is the first song we kissed etc etc . I havent told them that i have found them as im afraid he will change his plan and wait another while for proposal..who knows we both will be showing off our erings in the next while :)!

I had what i thought was intuition that he bought it, but i was wrong. I have a feeling we (girls) look into things too much in the hopes to find some sign. So try not to put too much into it.
