I do agree that this dress looks absolutely made for you, however, given that you have some time I would try on more.. But keep this in the back of your mind for sure!! Congrats!!

Good idea stepping away, your wedding is ages away and that   style is very ‘ in’ now, but you may have changed your mind by the time you really want to buy . And who knows how many great dresses will come along in the next year!

I only went to one dress store and tried on a total of 5 dresses. My dress was #4. I went in August, mostly becuase I had a lot of anxiety about dress shopping and was not expecting to, but totally found THE dress that made me feel amazing. I never had any intention of buying that day, plus my mom wasn’t there in person (she was on facetime). I just went back in December with my mom and bought it. I thought I’d want to try on other dresses, but I never did. I didn’t even really look at other dresses until a few weeks before my appointment in December – and I kept comparing every dress I liked to my dress. And I called it my dress, so I knew it was the one.

Since you have the time, definately take some time away and come back to it.

My dress is the first dress I tried on in the first store. I tried on others afterwards but… it was the one. I just knew! ๐Ÿ™‚

It’s a stunning dress on you – go back in a month or so as you say and try again. If you’re still in love, buy it there and then! ๐Ÿ™‚

rachelavb:  so I checked the option keep looking. My only reason: I thought I found THE dress about the same time before my wedding as You. The closer it got the more indecisive I became. I looked online and actually found the dress I fell in love with and got it. Keep in mind I had some doubts in my mind when I tried my first dress on but everyone else loved it. If you feel like this is YOUR dress then I say keep it and stop looking ๐Ÿ™‚ if you have any doubts then I say keep looking. the dress you tried on is absolutely stunning on you. Good luck, bee!

That dress is gorgeous and it looks amazing on you! I think if you found the one quick that’s not a bad thing…if it is what you want then I would go for it. ๐Ÿ˜€

I think you look amazing. I’d wait till a little closer to your date, try it on again then and if you still absolutely love it then, get it! It doesn’t hurt to look around but I would recommend waiting till a little sooner to your wedding day because there are always going to be a million dresses and the more time you have, I can promise you the crazier you will get ๐Ÿ˜Ž

I found my dress over a year before my wedding. I still love it and nothing will ever compare in my head. I will say once you buy it stop looking! That is very important. There will always be more lines coming out, more styles, etc, etc. If you love it, get it, and be done with dress shopping. If you would like to keep looking know that you can always get the dress you tried on. Just get the designer and style number then continue to look!

You are a knockout in that dress! I think giving it a few months is the right thing to do. Try it on again later and if you still love it, pull the trigger! My dress was the first I tried on and I only went shopping at one place. I slept on it, looked at a few other dresses online, and felt confident that no other dress compared so I bought it about 15 months out from my wedding. Sometimes when you know, you know. No need to waste time trying a bunch more to just complicate an easy decision.

First of all- your beautiful hair and lipstick- you look ready to get married!

I can’t imagine a better dress on you. It really is absolutely perfect. I’m a real procrastinator but this dress has it all. I feel like begging you to buy it!

If you’re worried at all, before you buy, just go to any old shop and try a few ballgowns, strapless etc to compare a wide variety of styles without looking at prices or specifics at all. It will set your mind at ease that this basic silhouette is the right one for you…..but don’t let this one get away unless you fall in love with another style and suddenly switch to Team Ballgown! If lace mermaid is your basic kind of thing, you will not find better than this one. And as to the style going out of fashion, you’d have to be a catwalk obsessive to ever notice the subtle changes in bridal fashions over a mere 2 year period. Believe me- this dress will not date for at least 5 or 10 years, if at all.

YAY! Well done! I love your dress.

I think it looks amazing on you…

I have a 2017 wedding too, except mine in is in July. I bought the first dress I tried on just the other day. You just know when it’s the one.

rachelavb:  I had the same dilema! I kept going to the same dress, I’m also an Allure girl! I think I tried on about 15-20 dresses, but I was still in love with the dress I tried on the first time. If it feels right, then thats your dress! It looks gorgeous on you!!!
