- Wedding: October 2020 - Los Angeles, California
Warning! Please ignore my cleavage! LOL. The sample in the salon was much too big and I was assured that the slit will be much closer together and more proportionate to my chest size when the gown is the correct size. Background on the venue: FH and I are tying the knot at Madera Kitchen in Los Angeles, California! It’s quite modern with a mixture of concrete, rustic wood, and lots of plants. The ceremony will take place in front of a greenery wall. I would love your take on if the dress fits the setting correctly or if I’m way off. Thank you in advance.

What a pretty setting! I would have to see the dress in a proper size, because I really don’t like it as is =\

Beautiful! I think it looks awesome. Totally get that you’d want to minimize the cleavage for the wedding, but you’re rocking it too!

I love it! It is perfect for your venue. You look beautiful! The dress itself is unique, whimsical, and romantic. It fits your body great!

LOOOOVE YOUR VENUE. I like your dress as well and am doing my best to imagine the slit smaller and less exposed because… wowza it’s a lot right now. This coming from a bee who also chose a plunging neckline
Do you have an alterations plan in case the dress comes in and it’s still too revealing?

Whoa mama! lol
The cleavage slice is a little much, but I LOVE the fabric/color/shape. And you look ecstatic in it, which really adds to the pretty 🙂

The skirt on the dress is beautiful, but there is no way I would feel comfortable wearing that top in front of friends and family. It’s way too revealing for me. I’m having a hard time imagining that the slit would be smaller in a smaller size. It’s just not a flattering neckline to me.

Wow such a gorgeous dress and it looks amazing on you! Definitely a good choice in my opinion!

I love it!! So gorgeous on you!

Yeah still don’t like the cleavage slice even if it were smaller

The slit will not be smaller in a smaller size. You can tell by how the decals are placed and where the dress connects. Personally, I would keep looking. You have a gorgeous figure and are a beautiful woman, this dress isn’t a keeper in my opinion.

I agree with PP, it’s a gorgeous dress but the slit won’t be much smaller in even a drastically smaller sized dress. Definitely come up with an alteration plan so the dress flatters and enhances your beauty rather than causing people to stare at the wrong place 😅

I’d have doubts that the slit will truly be smaller. It needs to be significantly smaller too, not just a bit!
The bottom looks kind of flat and just drooping. I’d add a slip to add volume or get a hoop skirt.

I too have doubts the slit will be much smaller. Have you seen a photo on the model?

Who is the designer and what is the name of the dress?
