Long story short..
I thought my dress store forgot to order my dress from the factory and as a result I might not get the dress in time or would be ‘rushing’. I sent a very assertive email to the customer service department only to find out that they actually did place the order, it was just pushed back due to the wedding date (I have to get a muslin first, 4 months before).
It wasn’t really my fault though – when I spoke to my associate she mentioned the factory was ‘rushing’ my order and there was a ‘mixup’. I thought she was trying to cover up a huge mistake. So I don’t really regret taking it to customer service, but..
What was your moment? Do you regret it now or was it worthwhile??
