luckyinloveee:  Awww, sweet pictures. About the spotting, I’ve had it go both ways. I spotted/bled on and off throughout my entire first pregnancy, and that resulted in a happy, healthy now 2 year old little girl. I had a very small amount of spotting, just a drop on the toilet paper, around 5 weeks with my second pregnancy and ended up losing the baby. My body showed no other signs of miscarriage throughout the following weeks so I was hoping it was nothing, but an ultrasound showed that the baby stopped growing so I had to have a D&C last week. Hopefully it’s benign spotting, fingers crossed.

Aww congratulations!!! My sister is right about 3 months now and she has had some bleeding.  We are also worried since she miscarried with her first baby and then it took her 7 years to get pregnant after my nephew was born.  Doctor says she is fine.  Good luck to you, rest and if you see that something isn’t right see your doctor!

It’s adorable how into this thread everyone is getting.  I love it.  I can’t wait to post my stuff of my hubby getting the news.  I made a onesie with his family logo on it.  It was a slightly late birthday present that he was expecting since he had been out of town.  He was so happy!  You can see it in your hubby’s face how happy he is, those are great pictures.

As for the bleeding, some spotting is pretty normal at your stage, actually.  It’s probably implantation bleeding, if the timing is right.  I’d have to go look it up.  I got a scare last week when I was using the bathroom and had a gush of blood.. at 10wks along.  Regular docs were all closed so we went to the ER and had a “threatened miscarriage”.  They ran tests and we still have a heartbeat and otherwise are looking ok.  Some women do bleed randomly though, growing pains from your uterus expanding and such.  They told me to only really worry if it looks like I’m passing tissue or soaking a pad an hour.
