haha giggle at how cute he is after he leaves. Is he your assistant? I have student assistants and they get younger each year (I know it’s actually me getting older) but the newest is also 22 and he didn’t know what the disk drive was in the secretary’s computer! I just had to laugh. On a more helpful note, maybe have a more casual conversation with him if appropriate. I find that asking about an upcoming vacation or something non-work related really breaks that awkard how do I relate to you time.

Oh my goodness how adorable =)

SO is 23, but…an old 23? I dont know, he’s more of an adult at his age then most men I know in their late 30s

For me, food always works. Specifically baked goods. Maybe pick up an extra bear claw or whatever in the am and leave it on his desk with a note

“Bought myself and the fiancee breakfast and I thought you might enjoy one of these delicious (pastry name) from (bfest place you go to).”

@ChocolateLime:  Take him up on that offer of tea the next time he makes it.  Nothing like a little “young blood”.  LaughingMy Fiance is 3.5 years younger than me.
