My title is referring to the many brides I see that have the attitude of “if they don’t like it, too bad” When referring to your wedding guests, and your wedding party. Well, someone once told me that the ceremony was for the couple, and the reception was for the guest. It’s a great time for your family to meet, get to know each other better, have an amazing time, etc…Sure, it’s for the married couple too, especially if they are paying for it. But, I do see many brides that embody the attitude of “It’s my day, so hit the highway”. Not even “our”, so, even the groom is left out.
So my question is, are you a bride that is keeping her guest in mind, or is it all about you and they can pretty much “suck it”.
I’m just curious how other brides view themselves.
