Your ring is beyond beautiful, I absolutely love it!!! I’m shocked you’re wearing it when you’re not supposed to, though! Save the excitement for the proposal, it will make it even better.

I love the ring, though. I probably wouldn’t wear a band with it, so it can shine!

So pretty! With a ring like that I’d totally rock the gap and go with a straight band.

Pretty! I would prob wear a very thin pave band with it (1.5-2 mm).

@MissFemmeFatale:  Hmm…I think rose gold could work since you can’t see much of the white gold on the band. Shall we look at examples?! YES?!

Your ring is so pretty! I hope you get to wear it full time soon 🙂 I think rose gold is a great idea — I love mixed metals! I’m hoping to add a rose gold band to my e-ring and wedding band set, which are both platinum.

I’ve actually gone back and forth about that. My e-ring and wedding ring both have pave bands so I feel like one with diamonds would go well, but then on the other hand it might be nice to have something different and a plain one would allow the rose gold to be more visible. Not to mention it would be much cheaper, haha. Are you pretty set on a plain one? Your e-ring is so beautifully blingy, I think a plain rose gold band would set it off really nicely!

Such a beautiful ring, I have never seen halos on a three stong ring like that. Would you mind sharing the carat weight of the three stones, I have a three stone ring too and I’m trying to get some perspective with the halos.

I’m (hopefully, if he gets the one I love) going to have the same band issue.

My friend had a wondeful suggestion: rather than getting a band that is a full circle, you could get one that is only like 3/4 of a circle or so and have it soldered to the ring. Ta-da! the look of a band without the gap. You could do this with a plain band or with diamonds on it.

@MissFemmeFatale:  Your ring is stunning! I love the idea of a thin rose gold band with it!

I have a ring that is a similar design, here is a pic of it with my skinny rose gold stacking band.

It looks a bit odd because the rose gold band is super thin (1.2mm) and its over a size smaller than the three stone ring, they don’t really sit well together…but it gives a bit of an idea!

Congrats on the upcoming engagement!!
