And it turned out AMAZING! My envelopes are totally ballin’ and it adds that little bit extra I wanted.
I ordered the sealer from ebay for like $2.50 and bought the wax sticks from ebay too for $1 each. It was so cheap, but turned out good. I used the wax that goes inside of a glue gun, one issue I found was that the glue gun got really hot and started to melt the upper portion of the wax, so I would just unplug it when it got to that point. I also didn’t order enough wax, so some people don’t have the seal… but they’ll never know… Shhhh.
I had this convo with a bee earlier when I had ordered the materials and said I would post it when I sealed them… hope you find this post!
Here’s the envelope
And one of me being sad when I realized the wax was melting just for fun haha. As you can see whilst I craft I only look my best! hahaha

Love it! I did the same thing with a fleur de lis sealer. It really adds something. You can purchase the wax sticks from Michaels that have a wick in them if you do not have a glue gun. You can also get the seal there as well. In total to wax seal 70 envelopes cost $11.00. 70 envelopes with redos for mistakes took 5 wax sticks so I have 3 leftover for future cards for the holidays and such! In case anyone reading this decides to do this last minute 🙂

winterwoodlandbride15: did you look into if this adds postage or messes up when being put through the mail machines? I already bought a stamp and wax for ours but I wasnt sure about actually mailing them on the outer envelope or if I had to put them in another envelope?
They turned out awesome!
