i’ve decided that im not going to be concerned with being stick skinny on my wedding day, since i do love my curves, but i’d love to build some muscle and feel like a total hottie. i realized that my posture is better when i work out, for some reason.
i’ve got two months to go and i’ve started to get excited.

Good luck… Im starting back with my trainer wed… I havent workd out in over a month because I was traveling then i got very ill… T ERRIFIED to go back… love my trainer but I know hes going to KICK MY ASS… but it works…

I am in!!
My wedding isn’t until April but I think the longer I have the better results I will see.
I am starting with a trainer today & I have recently joined Weight Watchers. I am not overweight by any means, but just want to be able to keep track of the foods I eat. I find if I have some place to record them all I am better at keeping track.

How often would you all like to check in? once a week? and include # of workouts in the past week? what do you all think?

im going to try to check in every two days and have at least four workouts every seven days…
i was really tired and bummed from family drama today and yet found the will to haul butt to the gym. it was really nice because after fh came out and took me out to dinner and then we walked around the mall before going over to our new place and working on it some more (we’re renting a house that has been in the family, but it needs some tlc)

Did cardio last night.
– 30 minutes of running
– 20 minutes of walking
– 15 minutes on the stair climber
And than some core exercises while I was watching the season premiere of “How I Met Your Mother”
Started WW & I felt great. I love being able to keep track of what I eat & even sometimes before I put something in my mouth I would check the points & realize I didn’t need it.
My starting weight is: 130 lbs (I haven’t measure myself yet, but will post those results once I do)

I’m in! I re-joined Weight Watchers and have lost 4.6 lbs. after 1 week. This week I need to start moving and start working out again.

i went to the gym today after take one day rest. I’m trying to do 2 days on, one day off, and going four times a week.
This time im really focusing on building muscle, since i heard that muscle is leaner than fat and the more muscle you have, the more calories you burn.
its really annoying though since the scale is telling me i’m gaining weight, which isnt helped by the fact that im on my period and im sore from working out.
