I think an orange and blue would be beautiful! Something along the lines of this…

Me and my Fiance are getting married in November 2014 and are doing shades of blue and gold. Not fall colors at all- but we love it. Do what you want, it’s your wedding after all. Who cares if there are fall colors or not.

@VictorianChick:  Go to a paint store and get a pamphlet that shows heritage colors. I think they will fit your vision.

After you pick the color of blue you like from the pamphlet, scoop up a few paint chips in that color so you will always have one with you.

To develop your palette go to http://www.theperfectplette.com Scroll down on the right till you get to your color, (or as close to it as they have), click on that color and you will see all the palettes they have developed featuring your color.

Also go to http://design-seeds.com/

Click on palette search

Play around with their tool until you get the blue you like

@VictorianChick:  Pinterest, for me, has been 100% useless as far as wedding ideas, but I digress. I vote you just pick whatever colors you like, regardless of the season your wedding will be in 🙂

You should be able to find rust/orange potted crysanthemums-similar to this  color not quite as copper)  : or order these if you like,

http://www.weddinglinensdirect.com has beautiful “rust” color chair sashes that we used for table runners.

They also have copper.

You could add in peach and or light blue flowers.

I think you need to incorporate one or two more colors into your scheme. I may be WAY off but I think these are beautiful, especially if you want a vintage feel.
