That cake would actually be super simple to make! It’s just chocolate butter cream, with blue royal frosting, or even buttercream accents and a bunch of flower accents.

I strongly believe that anyone can be a good cook if they work hard enough at it. 🙂 I started when I was 11 and became a vegetarian (my mom boycotted cooking for me) and I was awful at first. It took me awhile of following recipes to the T before I started understanding cooking and getting a feel for it. Baking came much more easily to me. Having the right tools always helps. I never understood why my cookies came out doughy on top and crazy dark on the bottom until I realized it was because I was using non-stick cookie sheets. 

That’s a beautiful cake! It looks so decadent.

Baking is like chemistry. If you follow the directions it will turn out right.

I went to pastry school, but I think anyone can bake.

Just make sure you used the right measurements, and perhaps consider checking the temperature of your oven. Sometimes they can be really off from what the dial says, especially if they are older ovens.
