@SamanthaLovesJames: Have you tried Urban Decay’s De-Slick mattifying powder/gel?

Or have you tried Milk of Magnesia (I know, I know but hear me out!) I’ve used both these things (you’re talking to the queen of oil slick city here) and found them to be amazing.

For the MOM what you do is take a little tiny bit on your finger and use it basically as a primer. If you use too much you’ll see it in streaks on your face but it’s easy to remedy by wetting your finger or sponge and smoothing it out.

It really controls oil for some reason.

Have your Maid/Matron of Honor keep a pack of Clean and Clear Oil Sheets in her bag and ask her to remind you to use them every hour or so.

This may sound weird but I use paper towel. I know this isn’t a salution but it does work.

Everytime I go to the bathroom, after I wash my hands I grab an extra paper towel and blot my entire face. It really helps to keep the shine down!

Also apparently those disposable toilet seat covers work really well for blotting – I don’t know though because they’re not a big thing from where I’m from (although I wish they were… yuck)

I get pretty shiney too. I suggest using a good oil blocking primer under your makeup.
