(Closed) I want to see a Nutrtionist but..

I went to see one. I first called my insurance to see if it is covered (it wasn’t under my plan).  Then I called a nutritionist that was near me and had good reviews online and asked what their Out of Pocket price was.  It was reasonable so I booked an appointment and went.  I think you can get good information from a nutritionist no matter what stage of life you are in.  If you do get pregnant, the nutritionist can continue to help you map your meals.

@Ugoob:  I have a nutritionist that is actually through my chiropractor and she is very reasonably priced (I pay $25 a visit twice a month). I am also TTC and she has already laid out what my meal plans will look like once I get pregnant. If you are overweight, it is typically still healthy to lose a pound a week even while pregnant.
