I dont know how to even begin. Do I contact my PCP? Do I see what Doctors are covered by my insurance and maybe call them?
Im also in the process of TTC, What if I get pregnant? Can I still keep my weight loss diet?
Any Bees that is going through this, Id like to hear your experiences!

I went to see one. I first called my insurance to see if it is covered (it wasn’t under my plan). Then I called a nutritionist that was near me and had good reviews online and asked what their Out of Pocket price was. It was reasonable so I booked an appointment and went. I think you can get good information from a nutritionist no matter what stage of life you are in. If you do get pregnant, the nutritionist can continue to help you map your meals.

@Ugoob: I have a nutritionist that is actually through my chiropractor and she is very reasonably priced (I pay $25 a visit twice a month). I am also TTC and she has already laid out what my meal plans will look like once I get pregnant. If you are overweight, it is typically still healthy to lose a pound a week even while pregnant.

So check this out! turns out I was doing my search wrong, instead of Nutritionist I needed to look up Dietitian in my Insurance Plan website to see who takes my insurance.
I found one that was within my plan and I scheduled my first appointment for when I get back from vacation. Im excited!
