That’s an amazing transformation!

I’m currently 82 kg and I have the same goal weight as you!

How long did it take for your weight loss? Do you have loose skin or new wrinkles?

I lost weight too… I was 120 and now I am 101. People keep telling me that 120 is not bad and I dont need to lose weight., Yes it is bad for someone who is 4’11 like me. What I did, I run and go to gym everyday and I only eat once a day ( Lunch ) it took me like 2months

catchme :  caaaaaannn we see this??? I know 5’3 & 4’11 are quite different, but i can’t imagine 120lbs was too much weight. At 5’3 my ideal (scientifically healthy) weight is 124lbs. I would think maybe 115 would be ok for you, but what do i know? 😂

bywater :  it was hard and yea kinda starve myself the 1st week. But I dont really eat bfast since I was in college like 15 years ago just drink coffee in the morning and I normally ate like tons of food late at night like 9pm until bed time..

Now I only eat heavy food during lunch and dinner only during weekend when I am out with friends.

I get use to it now 🙂 No I am not anorex

londongirl1988 :  Amazing transformation! I would love to hear what you did for weight loss and how maintaining is going for you?

I have also lost a good amount of weight and I am about 25 pounds from my “goal” but Ive kind of become more relaxed and lost my focus. I’ve been gaining and losing the same 10 pounds ever since. I recently starting giving more focus back to weight loss but the maintenance portion of weight loss seems much harder for me

A bit off topic. I think from other threads I remember that aren’t  you from UK but live in Spain? When is your wedding?londongirl1988 :

londongirl1988 :  wow OP, amazing to read! Thanks for sharing! I needed this today! I recently saw some pics of myself and realised I have been gaining weight. I never weigh myself so don’t have exact numbers but I can see my face and arms look a bit pudgier than normal. So just today I’ve been thinking of how to address my biggest problem which is also secret eating. It’s so embarrassing. I don’t know how to stop… You said you “just stopped” but how? Any further info to share on that? If/when I can curb my secret/emotional eating I easily maintain a healthy weight because I am quite a healthy eater but once I fall into these bad habits (of eating for emotional reasons and overeating in secret as a form of “relaxation”) I have the hardest time stopping it again. Any advice?
