I was bad too!  I had some fried food on Saturday and big bowl of pasta yesterday, oops.  But it was good! It happens, I don’t really get bent out of shape about it.. yet.  By April I’m probably gonna be out of control with watching what I eat.

sound like you were a happy bee this weekend 🙂 i’m glad i’m not going to be in that spinning class. i tried spinning once with my friend who is also a fitness instructor and i left SORE!!!

Oh i was awful. I made homemade stuffing and turkey plus a low calorie pumpkin cheesecake. I was careful with the butter and everything, but i definitely ate more than I should have! I feel so gross today…definitely looking forward to the gym tonight! I keep missing monday spin b/c i don’t sign up earlier enough…if you miss one monday, you miss the next b/c you can’t sign up quick enough. So tonight i’ll sign up for NEXT week, haha. I love spin =]

I was horrid this weekend! I ate hamburgers and ice cream = gulp! Luckily I had my little girl this weekend and the playing tag and hide and go seek added with the trampoline jumping gave me some sort of exercise. i hope

I had vegatable lasagna from Whole foods last night! I ate about a pound of it ); Tonight I will hit the gym though.

haha, honestly, that sounds like my kind of weekend! though i tend to be more lax about my eating on the weekend than i am about my eating the rest of the week so this sounds exactly like something i’d do. no worries! just hop right back on track and you’ll be fine.
