Dr_dazzle :  I love that you wrote this <3 The TTC process is brutal.  It’s a huge emotional and physical struggle…. I am rooting for you every day.  I hope this fertility specialist sets you on a good path to motherhood.  You deserve it *hugs*

Thank you for sharing all these thoughts, you brought tears to my eyes. We stopped TTC at month nine, and as you said, nobody can understand the rollercoaster if they haven’t been there.

Best of luck for your appointment with the fertility specialist!!!

Dr_dazzle :  I think it is great that you posted you this. I cannot say I truly understand the struggle of infertility because we had some ups and downs in our journey, but were lucky to conceive by cycle 7. I will say though, that I have seen your posts over the past year and everything you wrote captures very well the experience you relayed on here. I am so sorry you are going through this.

I do think this will be helpful for others who are struggling while TTC, but also to help those who have not struggled to better understand.

I hope you get more answers when you see the fertility specialist soon and can get your BFP that you have been waiting for.

Thank you for writing this. It really moved me. Also, you’re a good writer! This was raw and honest and relatable. I know you’d get a lot of support if you posted in on facebook, not that you have any responsibility to do so.

Thank you for writing this bee. We haven’t got to the 1 year mark of actively TTC yet but when you write how you feel with each passing cycle it really resonates. I’d like to write something similar to post on Facebook as I’m still getting asked what’s taking so long. I don’t feel ready to let people into that part of my life though. Not just yet.

This was such a moving post, thank you for sharing. While I’m in the early cycles of TTC and dont know what it personally feels like, all 4 of my SILs have struglgled with infertility and it’s heart-breaking to see the emotional drain it puts on the couple, particulary the woman. I think infertility is becoming less and less of a taboo, however it still deserves more open conversation. I hope your appt with your fertility specialist sheds light on your one year of TTC sooner than later.
