That toppings list looks awesome.
A good friend did this at her wedding and it was so much fun. Their caterer pre-scooped the ice cream into mason jars (stageded in ice to prevent melting) so that there was less mess and waiting. You just walked up, grabbed a jar, and headed over to the topping buffet.
