- Wedding: August 2013
I have a bit of a dilemna. I’m a bridesmaid in a wedding next month for a really wonderful friend. The Maid/Matron of Honor and other bridesmaids are her sisters. Long story short, all of her sisters have told her that there is no good time for them to have a bachelorette party for her. I still want to do something for her, and she has one other friend that feels the same way. We would like to make it a surprise (with help from the groom to make sure she’s not busy on the day we pick) but I’m having a lot of trouble trying to figure out what to do!
She doesn’t like bars or strippers and wouldn’t enjoy a spa day or a winery. She might enjoy something like pottery painting and she loves ballroom dancing, but with only three of us I can’t find many options for classes. There’s also not much we can do in the way of party games. She tried to plan a night at a local dinner theater, but I’m not sure if she would still want to go without her sisters. The one idea that I have heard her mention a couple of times is dressing up silly and going somewhere. She seems to be really excited about that idea or else I might just do some sort of slumber party.
So bees, what do you think? I’ve been looking at this for hours and can’t seem to find any ideas. What are your go-to girl’s night out ideas?
