@Baroness_Meg:

Since you don’t have anyone sitting at the ends of the tables: would it be possible to shift all tables to the back wall so that tables 1-3 are flush against the wall? This would clear some space along the window side of your wall and you could have the ceremony there, with your bridal party standing on either side. Only option I can think of!

I know you said there’s nowhere else to hold cocktails, but is there maybe another spot in the bakery you could hold the ceremony?

Have your guest seated at the tables as they come in for the ceremony and the reception. I would just move the two long tables (T1 & T3) so they are flush against the window wall. Leave the Head table where you have it then move T2 table up against the Head table. That way you can have the brick wall to have your ceremony against. Seperate off a spot as your ceremony area, with some flowers on stands, potted trees, or candles on a table (like a narrow sofa table). That way they can also see you cut your cake from the their tables.

If you need more ideas let me know. Smile Good Luck!
