If I were going to do this, I’d use shrinky dinks! You can google search “shrinky dink wine charm” and a bunch of ideas come up!

They have all different kinds of shrinky dink paper too! They kind you can rubber stamp on, the kind you can send through your printer! I made some cute bridesmaid/Maid of Honor pins for my girls to wear and they turned out great! I used the printer kind and sealed the ink with clear nail polish to be safe! Good luck with whatever you choose!

I made escort card wine glass charms, since our favors are champagne flutes. They were really easy and turned out great!!! Just need ring-sized memory wire, card stock, and two beads to match your colors and PRESTO!

I am totally obsessed with shrinky dinks!

Another option (which my family uses all the time) is cut out paper (we use glossy coated paper in case is gets wet) in a circle, or any shape really, cut a circle in the middle that will fit around the stem, and a slit up one side, then they can write their names on it. You could do almost any shape and colors to match your theme. Kinda like this:

I just ordered shrinky dink paper on Amazon. I can’t wait to try this out. I am having my wedding in Mexico so I am going to do some mexican theme charms. I’m thinking luchedor masks, sugar skulls, and maybe some maracas or sombreros. I’m so excited!!
