I am also using feathers in my theme. I have a lot of photos of some of the stuff I’ve DIY’d on my blog [self promotion removed]

I incorporated them in our bouquets, boutonnieres, cake topper, etc too!

You could attach individual feathers to the table cards- color could be based on someone’s meal selection (beef gets black, chicken white, veggie purple)

I too am having white ostrich feathers as a theme per say.. not sure how much i will be incorporating or where in the wedding yet but i included a single white fluffy feather in all of my invitations.  It really added something to my invitations!

@rocknrazzle:  i got them at joannes fabrics and michaels.  They carry the same brand.  They are in the kids craft area in the feather section.  they are in bags full of little white feathers.  some of the feathers in the bags are weird shapes or too tiny but each bag is only $1.99 so i bought a ton and just picked and chose which feathers i would use.

actullay all i did was put my invitation inside the envelope (my invitation was just a one sided flat card) and place the feather sideways down in front of the invitation. kinda used the feather as a sort of “confetti” in a way.  It wasn’t glued on anywhere.  just a little suprise when you slide the invitation out.  I just took this photo for you and this was the best looking feather left that i had (i used them all up).  But you get the idea! I used the rsvp card envelope flap kind of as a way to tuck the feather in.  I guess there is a “proper” way to stuff your wedding invitations but i compromised.  Sorry the photo is sideways!
