We are going to have personalized water bottles for our guests during our ceremony since it will be outside. I was wondering if anyone has seen any cute ways to dress up a galvanized tub for this. I was wanting something simple that lets people know to take one.

I don’t know what your really going for here and I don’t have a pic to show you, but I was in a wedding last summer and they did this. It was an outside “french garden” theme and they set up two large tin tubs that had cute little decoration designs on them (she got them from Hobby Lobby I believe) and then she had two pretty adorable water girls in matching dresses stand by them and ask people as they came up if they wanted some water.

I really like Ms.Charleston Pearls idea! My other thought was to make wooden signs you could hang off of or lean against the tubs – kind of going with the outdoorsy feel – that say something like “Please take one” or “Please enjoy a water” or something like that.

Super cute idea to have water girls!! If u would actually have someone who could. I’ve seen chalk board signs that are cute?

I love the idea of chalk boards, however, I would never be able write anything on there without me erasing and starting over a trillion times. I also really like the wooden board idea so I might try that with stencils. Thanks so much!

How about attaching a sign by putting magnets on them?

We used a galvanized tub for our Koozie favors to sit in on the bar, and all I did was wrap a ribbon around the middle, and hot glue a starfish to the center. (beach wedding…) and then framed a 5×7 print out that said “Thank you for celebrating with us! Take a Koozie and have a drink on us!” and then listed the beer and wine selections we had at the bar. 🙂
