Hi everyone. I wanted to ask for suggestions on how to add ambiance with candles to the floral centerpieces I have planned. Here is a picture of the flowers I have planned with blush roses instead of pink. I thought I would add votives in clear glass around the vase but I want more candlelight on the table. Any ideas???

You could add a candle to each place setting. The guests move them to the table when they sit down.
or you could use a clear acrylic box as a base for your centerpiece with a floralyte place inside. You could camouflage the light with clear glass beads or gel beads.

I would just keep it simple and place small tea lights around the vase.

@MrsMarie: I don’t know how tall the vase is, but could you put a taper candle in the middle of the flowers? Or something inside the vase, like a floralyte?

Thank you for your suggestions!
I just don’t want to be caught off guard when meeting with the florist. I also want to get a realistic idea about witch table decorations I can DIY and what additional things I would need to pay the florist for.
I like the idea of the floralyte as well as lot of scattered votives. Thanks again.

@MrsMarie: Putting a mirror under your centerpiece (just a round piece of mirror as a base) with votives on it will play up the light significantly. Just a thought 🙂 Good luck!

just put some candles around the vase, or you can put something in the vase that will lights up
