I think I would opt for black tea instead of coffee. It will be much subtler. But there’s no guarantee that the color will be uniform no matter what you use. Let us know what you decide to do!

Yeah tea!!!!

soak a couple of tea bags in some hot water take out the bags and let the water cool and soak it for 30 mins or so and then pop it on the radiator and see what you think of the colour and re soak if you think it’s to dark you can rinse it and that’ll make it paler!!!

hope I helped

Yeah I think there was a blog post not long ago and a lady used tea bags soaked in hot water than COOLED to dye her white lace ivory.

I heard coffee can be “harsh.” I did tea-stained my hair flower with Chamomile tea. …..Almost-boil water and lots of (chamomile) tea, sumerge (rinsed) item for 40-60 minutes. let dry. rinse. let dry. If youre not happy with outcome repeat. it will get darker.

Why not just buy a veil online from Oceansey Designs or the like for $50 or so?  This dying of a veil at home sounds like an accident waiting to happen!
