i’m continuing to indulge – just in smaller portions.. don’t eat till you’re stuffed. just til you’re no longer hungry. save the rest for later (but do it before you start eating so you don’t slip) does that count?

oh and only one major indulgence a day – so if you had a heavy lunch, you can’t have a pasta dinner too.

Well my trainer has me on 3 day detox.  Which is water with Lemon, fruit for breakfast and veggies for lunch and dinner.  Nothing that is white.  She says this will help jump start things.

I’m on day 2 and I’m starving! LOL.  I did cheat and eat a couple of crackers. I’m a salty snack person so I had to cheat a little or I wasn’t going to survive another day.  LOL.

My health food for sure is yogart.  If I skip that for weeks on end I find that I’m not functioning like I should.  I feel more bloated etc.

aww this is less fun.  for me it’s usually hummus and low fat pita chips. also strawberries with balsalmic vinegar, it sounds gross but its sooo good.

greek yogurt. i also loooove strawberries with balsamic vinegar–the high quality kind! mm. REAL balsamic vinegar isn’t very vinegary, but sweet. You should be able to sip it out of a little cup, HONEST!

Well, it’s not my choice (dang food intolerances!!) but I had to give up sugar. That’s made a HUGE difference for me – not just in weight but I don’t have low blood sugar any longer so I also snack far less.

Sugar free Jello pudding cups have become my best friend. 🙂

Nope! Sometimes I cheat…. but it’s really worse when I do. Makes me miserable sick.
