I want our guests to remember how happy and in love we are.  Second would be the food.

The overall atmostphere which would be set by the fabulous music followed by food.

I doubt that most guest really care or remember the dress. Obviously we are “in love” cause yeah its a wedding ;). So for me thing that I want to stand out are music and food. I want to have a rocking party for the reception, so the music must be on point. And I want great food because standard weddiing food is so bland.

I want my guests to remember the love that was saturating the atmosphere from my husband and I, then the music and the food.

I’m embarrassingly shallow and went with “my dress”, probably because I always remember what the bride wore myself even though I happen to forget everything else about the wedding (which I rarely do).

Of course I’d like our guests to have lots of fun at our wedding but I don’t particularly care if they remember how much fun they had. There will be wine involved afterall :p And since we won’t be inviting many people those who will be invited already know how much we love each other anyway.

As a dancer, my goal is to have everyone having a blast on the dance floor. A wedding is a celebration, and I want everyone to celebrate and have a great time with myself and my new husband!

@mrsSonthebeach:  +1! We have had several friends say our wedding was the best one they had ever been to and that makes me so happy!! Maybe it wasn’t the most romantic or the most extravagant but we partied hard, damnit!

@Bridebee13:  I voted other.. while of course I want our wedding to look beautiful and for people to have a really great time, I would love for people to go away remembering how happy and in love we are ๐Ÿ™‚ corny I know! But I always think it’s beautiful hearing wedding guests talk about the couple more than the wedding itself.

How easy it all is . . . That there wasn’t stress around, and how much love was evident. How easy it was to breathe . . . We’re going for casual/laid-back elegant in the mountains. And how much our wedding was US ๐Ÿ™‚

the venue/location!  our wedding is on the Lake Erie shore, and I think most of our guests haven’t been there.  our venue is a wine cellar, so i’m excited for that!

I’m ashamed to say I remember very little from all the weddings we’ve gone to, except for their locations.

I don’t care what they remember most, it’s their memory, but I’m most proud of my dress. I feel so vain saying that, but as a lifelong tomboy it was FUN to be a totally sparkly princess for once!

So far it seems like most people remember the cakes the most, hah! They were delicious and gorgeous so I don’t blame them. So much that I am considering hiring the baker to make my husband’s birthday cake next month. I wonder if she’ll cut me a deal as a repeat customer!
