Caesar ( I do not like fruit in my salad and I don’t eat apples so I prefer more simple salads)

-Slow Roasted Prime Rib of Beef

Stuffed Chicken Breast (Traditional Stuffing)

-Stuffed Salmon (Crabmeat stuffing)

-Greek Salad

-Slow Roasted Prime Rib of Beef

-Chicken Marsala

-Pasta Primavera

DoubleA903:

Spinach Salad or Tossed Salad

New York Strip Steak

Chicken Marsala

Eggplant Parmesan

If you wanted to do the pork or fish, you could drop the beef option. I might stick with a beef option because I feel like it would have wide appeal, but it would really depend on what each of the dishes tasted like. Are you going to be able to do a tasting before you choose?

Prime rib (drool)

Chicken Parm OR chicken Francaise

EGGPLANT Parm.    now im hungry.

Please take into consideration if your choose the apple walnut salad, some guests may have allergies to nuts.  A relative of mine her throat swells up.

It sounds like you’re pretty close to a decision, but I’ll just mention that we had at least four pescatarians among only 40-something guests, so including a fish option was pretty critical for us. It depends how strongly averse you are to smelling fish, though.

DoubleA903:  That’s great! Of your proposed menu options, I’d be more partial to the latter (NY Strip, Chicken Cordon Bleu, and Eggplant Parm). That way both you and your Fiance get your personal favorites and there is a parm dish to be a crowd pleaser for the guests, as I really do think that eggplant parm would have a wide appeal and a good number of meat eaters would at least seriously consider it as an option.

DoubleA903:  Not sure what freckles is on about, but I am a UK bee and I didn’t visit one venue that didn’t require full number 4-6 weeks in advance, as standard. As that is when the final balance is paid thus they need to know final number as that deturmines the price.
