I would pick: Tossed Salad, Prime Rib, Chicken Parm, Salmon stuffed with Crabmeat, and Pasta primavera.
Sounds terrific.

I know Fiance wants steak but is he picky about how it’s cooked? Because I sincerely doubt you get to choose how the steak is done.
I would choose:
Tossed Salad
Prime Rib
Chicken Cordon Bleu or Francaise
Pasta Primevera
Ceaser or tossed salad (the others are a little TOO specific, and picky eaters won’t eat it, the two I mentioned everyone can find a way to enjoy)
Prime rib, stuffed chicken, eggplant parm.
Be sure you ask guests if anybody has a food allergy, such as gluten, so you can have meals for them too!
Apple walnut, change dressing. Blue cheese is a bit strong for me. Prime rib, chicken Parmesan, eggplant parm
Will your venue cater for vegetarians similarly to how they would someone who is gluten-free? I only ask because this is something our venue does, so both our options (we only get 2) are able to have meat. If so, I would pick 3 different meat entrees just so your guests get a little more choice. If not, then yes one of the options does need to be vegetarian.
I’d go with either the tossed or Greek salad.
As for the entrees, I’d go with New York strip steak, stuffed chicken breast and stuffed salmon if there could be a separate option for vegetarians. I’d go with New York strip steak, stuffed chicken breast and eggplant parm is there couldn’t be a separate vegetarian option.
Salad: Tossed or Spinach… as PP’s say, its about pleasing the masses. I personally find creamy caesar dressing revolting, and most of the time if you get a “caesar’ that’s what it is.
Beef: Prime rib. mm. Also nice for catering since its make ahead so its easy for everythign to be served warm.
Fish: Stuffed salmon
Veggie: Eggplant Parm
Greek Salad, Prime Rib, Chicken Marsala, Eggplant Parm
Tossed or Caesar salad
Chicken Marsala
Stuffed Pork chops
Pasta Primavera
Well since there may be some guest with nut and fish allergies (which runs in my family) and don’t want the wedding ruined due to carrying someone out on a stretcher, I would choose: tossed salad, prime rib, chicken Marsala, one vegan entree for the vegetarians.
As a guest, I’d love the apple walnut or greek salad and stuffed salmon.
I have a nut allergy so I appreciate anytime someone serves a nice tossed, ceaser or Greek salad. I know you can’t accommodate for everyone who has an allergy but nut allergies are pretty common. It’s always sad when I’m at a banquet or event and have to sit and watch while everyone eats their nut filled salad or desert.
The topic ‘If these were the entree choices, which 3 would you choose for your menu?’ is closed to new replies.
