That is a BEAUTIFUL venue!  I would leave it.  I don’t think you need anything else!  Its so pretty!

I’d decorate the doors and maybe a bit on the benches or the alter – but it’s so beautiful on its own! Where is it!?

I think I’ve seen pictures of a wedding here… where is it?

I’d hang hundreds of candles from the ceiling (I can dream, right?) and have the ceremony at night. Or, leave it as is during the day. Maybe a runner…

If this is the same church I am thinking, I say leave it. It is gorgeous as is. =)

I think subtlety will be key here. I’d go for small flower arrangements. Maybe hang a few white flowers on every third pew. I’d do small arrangements up front. Go with the outdoor nature of the place and do arrangements that aren’t too composed. That’s a wonderful venue!

Definitely don’t clutter up the aisle – it is so sleek and gorgeous! I think some streamlined, modern (large, to keep in scale) arrangements behind where you actually get married would be lovely, though

Leave It!  Anything you add would completely take away from the unbelievable beauty.  I am not decorating either of my venues because I like them as is, but they don’t hold a candle to this place, I am just in awe!  If I weren’t so close to the big day, I would seriously consider having a destination wedding in Arkansas for this.

Holy c**p. What a beautiful earthy place. I would probably leave it, there’s so much beauty there, I wouldn’t want to ruin the warmth of it. And it is very dramatic, anything other than utter simplicity might make it look too busy. I’d just like you to know I’m jealous. 🙂

LEave it!!! I am getting married at the chapel E. Faye Joens designed in Dallas and we are leaving it just the way it is. It doesn’t back up to woods like the Thorncrown chapel (actually ours backs up to hwy 30 and central market, but its on a hill so you can’t tell haha) but its gorgeous without any additional decor.
