I would not decorate AT ALL. In My Humble Opinion, any decorations you do will be overpowered by the venue, and the place looks perfect as is. More money and energy you can put somewhere else.

I think it’s absolutely GORGEOUS! However, I would add something.
I just don’t know what. I’m so helpful
ashleed – we’re venue twins! Well, kind of 🙂 I’m getting married in a chapel in Fort Worth designed by the same architect (at least, I’m 99% sure it’s the same architect lol): Marty Leonard Community Chapel. It’s quite a coincidence really because I wanted to get married at Thorncrown for a long time 🙂
I think the Thorncrown chapel is stunning all on it’s own, so I would probably do a little bit of decorating on the door and that’s it! With a venue like that, especially in the woods, I don’t think you need a thing!
Ladies….thanks so much for your input!
@qui40067 your venue is BEAUTIFUL as well!!!! And yes they were designed by the same person. (E. Fay Jones)
This is what I thought about doing at the front…..too much?

Wow!!! You definitely wouldn’t have to decorate, the beauty speaks for itself!! One thing that could make the space even more stunning would be to line the aisle with clear vases with pillar candles or filled with rocks or manzanita branches. (I am not a huge branch-person, but it seems to fit with the venue background)
wow, beautiful! I’d leave it as is, but if you want to decorate, I think minimal decorations would be needed.
leave it.
if you add anything, itll compete w/the architecture and you dont want to do that. for example, if you did too many flowers it would look way too busy and messy. people’s eyes would be looking from architecture to you to your husband to your decor. you dont want attention to compete too much.
this is a clean venue–leave it as is.
WHOA I just got venue envy! lol
Those venues are STUNNING ladies! Seriously… amazing!
I would leave it as is, but if anything I might but a cross up somewhere or something to bring in the spiritual aspect? Call me crazy but I like the in view cross ;]
I would personally leave it as is! You’ll be able to bring in your colors through bouquets and dresses.
