We used Amazon because it was a universal registry.  We can add items from anywhere!

We’d love a “scavenger hunt” registry so that we could request things like vintage cast iron, Pyrex before they made it terrible, pint glasses from microbreweries…

We discussed it briefly and realized that 99% of the guests would think that it was time consuming and annoying, not fun at all.

I really wanted to put REI on our list of registeries but Darling Husband thought that it was silly.

Think of all the outdoorsy equipment! Plus people don’t associate me with outdoors (their mistake) so I would have loved to have seen their reactions when I asked for a head lamp and a water filtration set.

@Misswhowedding:  Homes.com so someone could put a down payment on our first home!  haha!

@Treejewel19:  REI combined with Academy Sports, Dicks, and Sports Authority, would be top for us.  We like things from each store.
