We’re married now but prior to the wedding we were not living together… he’d stay over from time to time but he lived at his parent’s house and i lived in one of his income/rental properties.

We weren’t having sex before we got married and having him live there would have been WAY too difficult to stick to the plan

We discussed early in our relationship that neither of us wanted to live with anyone before marriage. I’m just not comfortable with changing my whole life for anyone who isn’t legally commited to me.

We are international LDR right now. My fiance is from/lives in the UK. Due to the UK immigration laws, as a US citizen I cannot live in the UK without a visa. I have to apply for a fiance visa and move to the UK with intentions to marry him and apply for another visa after we are married so I can stay there. I’m working on my application now, it’s a very stressful process! We have been in a LDR for 2 years now so we can’t wait to FINALLY be together, living properly and having a proper relationship.
