I never pulled it up. I had a tight corset. It was very secure.

@lawyeretta:  Mine did fall down a bit but thats probably because I am quite big chested and was advised NOT to wear a bra. I of course was really annoyed when I looked at photos and more than normal cleavage was showing. I actually think this was due to the way it was laced though NOT the dress or the fit. So if you have a lace up have whoevers lacing it practicse or at least watch when it gets done so its tight in the relevant areas.

It’s the difference between buying off-the-rack and having something tailored…no issues with fit!

I was aware and I didn’t have to adjust at all.

Yep it sucked.  Gorgeous dress but my bust (32ddd) was too big to wear my dress in hindsight.  Even thought it was tailored to my body, had a plenty of built in boning and a bra-like elastic that I could tighten inside.  Actually ruined some of my photos because I was showing too much cleavage.

Oh well, I’m divorced now so maybe it was a sign.  🙁

I was pulling mine up all night. It was the only bad part of my night.

I COULD HAVE been pulling it up all night, because it felt like it was slipping down. My seamstress stressed that it fit properly and not worry about it. She said it looked perfect, and that if I tug on it, ppl will notice. So I mindfully and purposefully did not adjust my dress all night. And my boobs never came close to being too exposed.

If you’re really concerned, you can add a waist stay (assuming your gown doesn’t have one already) – it’s like an internal belt, usually made from a grosgrain-type ribbon, that’s sewn to the inside of the gown to keep it secured in place.
