Hair, make-up and dresses for my girls.
Better chairs, not even chiavari, just the padded white ones.
Hire a real bartender, with a full bar (right now we’re doing beer, sangria and mojitos).
Have my florist do the centerpieces so my mom could chillax
Hire a DOC
String quartet for the ceremony
A BIG thank-you gift for my aunt and cousin who used to own a restaurant and our catering.
Finally, if I could syphon off another 1-2K for our honeymoon, I would 😀
I think I could have everything I want…if only I had double my budget

I’d hire that $6000 photographer. And pay for our wedding party’s clothes, hair, nails – maybe treat us all to a spa the morning of. And help people with plane tickets and accommodations.

We get these as gifts for everyone in our b-party: http://store.theflip.com/en-ca/products/UltraHD4GB1HR.aspx

I’d hire a more experienced photographer. I’d have bought my bridesmaid’s dresses and shoes and outfits for the guys. Id fly my out of town girls in. I would have an open bar, and plated dinner service with better caterers. I’d have an amazing live big band instead of an ipod DJ. I’d get antique cars for transportation. I’d buy a pro picture album. And Id get way more flowers.
But all of that being said, I think that I’m still achieving the type of wedding feeling that we want.
