If I had an extra $1500… honestly, I probably would have just saved it lol.

If we’re going to dream though, a videographer would have been a nice touch! 🙂

We aren’t planning on a honeymoon unless Fiance gets an amazing job in the 3 months between when he graduates and when we get married, so we would go on a nice honeymoon. Or, I suspect we will be skimping on a photographer so we would upgrade there.

It would definitely be something that the guests get to enjoy such as upgraded chairs, transportation, or to the bar.

That happened to us, my older  brother threw $500.00 at us for the wedding.  So we are using it for a mini-moon, a long weekend.  we weren’t having a ‘moon at all so this will be really nice.  Our budget was $5k, and I thnk we are going to finish up at about $6k, I’m so happy we stuck too that, made me more relaxed about everything…. well so far we’ll see how tonight goes!!!

I’d probably upgrade my dress. Not that I don’t love it but, I am sure if I was able to tryo on dresses in the $3k range I would find something I love even more.

we’d either extend the reception an hour, or put it towards the honeymoon.

If we had an extra 6K, I would:

1. Pay for the bridal party’s hotel rooms and purchase them more gifts

2. Pay for groomsmen hotel rooms too

3. Pay for transportation for ALL guests (we’re on the fence about this right now b/c it would be an extra grand or so)

I would use it as extra cash for the bar, and if not drank up at the end of the day, toward the honeymoon as spending cash.

I would have a full dinner instead of just apps or have an open bar.

Flowers. Or a proper sound system (we’re iPod-ing it).

Honeymoon would be great!  If not that, then it’s a split between flowers, invitations and favors.

I would put it towards chiavari chairs (which I had to knock off the list to cut the budget) AND a martini louge with a designated bartender during cocktail hour. Bam! That was easy!
