@Nona99: I think I’d go with the aquarium if you have reason to think she would like something like that. I think at 11 I would’ve also felt that “playing dress up was lame”….though I’d be all over that now haha funny how grown up we THINK we are when we’re younger.

@Nona99: I went to a party like this in 5th grade… it was FANTASTIC. Blew my 10-year old mind. I think I would’ve liked it even more a year later!

@Nona99: when I was 11 me and my friends went through a punk stage so I wouldn’t have been thrilled but I would have secretly enjoyed it (just a bit!)
This totally depends on HER and what she likes 🙂
You know her best and can make a pretty educated choice based on what you see her wear/do
EDIT: Just saw your update and an aquarium sounds wonderful, that is a much better idea!

@Nona99: I have a friend that has worked PT at the National Aquarium in Baltimore for about 20 years doing the Friday night sleepovers. They have all sort of activities that include all age groups. I think it would be a great idea for a birthday party. Hell I would like to do it myself. 🙂
