I’m always heard that many times the gift the bride gives is not something useful to their bridesmiad so i wanted to ask Bees, if you were a Maid/Matron of Honor what would you like for a gift. Im only having a Maid/Matron of Honor and no bridemaids, she is my best friend and thats all i need. my budget is around $100. I had thought of a Coach wallet, but that is something i can get her for Christmas or a Bday
What would you choose?

A $100 gift card to her favorite store or salon. Or a gift certificate for a massage!

Gift card for a mall, really good restaurant, wine tasting or something like that, or for a spa.

I love gift certificates, but from my best friend I would want something more personal. Does she have any special hobbies or interests?

I received a beautiful jewelry box from pottery barn with my initials on it. I loved it.

I would want a gift cert to a spa (I LOVE spa days.)
Or I would love my sig scent, the make up I splurge on from Sephora, I really need a new purse, hmm…
Also, I would love gorgeous champage glasses and a bottle of champagne. Or something that would be considered a nice gift off a registry (married or single, nice home items are always welcome!)

@fuentesbee: Gifts that you would give for Christmas or Birthday are perfect!
IMO giving a gift certificate means you don’t really know the person enough to know what actual THING they would like.

I’d love a spa gift certificate! That way she can get a spa service(s) of her choice!

I think a gift certificate! Either to a spa in the area or one you know she likes, or I would do a gift certificate to her favorite restaurant…I am giving mine a gift certificate to her favorite restaurant so her and her boyfriend can have a nice date night 🙂

@fuentesbee: What about a Pandora bracelet with a charm that is her? It would be really nice. Or jewellery she could wear on your special day. Something you can engrave?

@fuentesbee: My friends and I have a ton of crap. We like to gift each other experiences. A day at the spa, a ticket to a show/concert, etc.
Time spent together is never a bad gift.
